WhatsApp is one of the most popular messenger for mobile users with about a billion active users per month. It’s one of the mainstream ways to communicate these days. Telegram is another Messenger which is more popular for its feature availability and ease of use. Its a cloud-based instant messaging system unlike which need not be installed on the mobile, it can also be used in solely on Laptop, Desktop or Tablets. One of the unique feature Telegram provides is an ability to have “Saved Message” where you can save all your notes and bookmarks, so we don’t need to install or use a different app for storing all our notes. Unfortunately, this feature is missing in WhatsApp. But there is a simple hack to do that. You just need to follow below simple steps to get Notes in WhatsApp:
- Open WhatsApp and create a Group with just one person (maybe your friend/co-worker).
- Name that group as “Saved Messages”.
- Remove the person you added in the group.
- You can use this to save all your personal notes
That is so cool, isn’t it? Now, you can use this to save all your passwords, bookmarks, notes in WhatsApp and more. You don’t need to install any other app just for notes 🙂
Also, here is a nice tutorial on how you can save yourself from others who add you to WhatsApp group without your consent.
